Hi, I’m Georgia, a published writer and recent Media, Culture and Society Grad from UEA. I currently work as a Marketing Specialist for Back in Motion, and enjoy writing and acting in my spare time. I’ve been lucky enough to have acted in two queer horror films in the past few years called Lucky Penny and Witches of the Waste, which recently received an honorable mention at the London International Film Festival.

What’s your favourite video game?

EASILY Stardew Valley. I find it so relaxing and peaceful, and in the winter I’ll just play it constantly.

What upcoming media are you most excited for right now?

The film version of Ottessa Moshfeigh’s novel Eileen. It’s probably one of my favourite books and I’m so excited to see how the adapt it, especially since Anne Hathaway described it as ‘Carol meets Resovior Dogs’ in an interview.

If you could have written one play/novel/poem/song, what would it be and why?

Pond by Claire-Louise Bennett. I love how the writing makes you feel uncomfortably close to the narrator despite knowing very little about her, and there’s a real dream-like quality that runs through the whole thing.
